The largest nonprofit fitness festival in Michigan
Luminate the Day began as an idea between various Grand Rapids gyms, bringing together athletes, families and local businesses to support community wellness. Annually, Luminary Fitness hosts LTD which benefits Windy Willow Foundation. Our event has continued to catch incredible wind year over year, with around 120 athletes competing and over 25 sponsors in 2024.

About LTD
LTD features a 3-teammate (MMM or FFF) competition for both Rx and Scaled divisions. It is a day long event hosted at Luminary Fitness in Grand Rapids, MI. Programming is designed to be competitive, yet favorable to team strengths (ability to leverage individuals skills over ousting weaknesses).
